 The First "Mac 'n' Cheese Meltdown"

at their two acclaimed New Jersey properties,
Liberty House Restaurant + Stone House at Stirling Ridge

What do a Chili Mac; Corned Beef, Sauerkraut + Swiss; and Southern Barbecue  have in common?
They're all being menu'd in New Jersey's first "Mac 'n' Cheese Meltdown" 
at Liberty House in Jersey City and Stone House in Warren

Starting March 2, 2010 and running through the 31st,
Chefs Phil Campanella (Liberty House) and Jerry Villa (Stone House)
will present a different mac 'n' cheese special every day for just $9.00 each
(except on Mondays, when both locations are closed).

That's 26 creative + delicious mac 'n' cheese treats, including: 
  
-"Sauseech" (sweet Italian sausage, peppers, onions, Italian bread);
 -Asparagus, Cheddar + Gruyere;
 -Rib Stickin' (braised short rib, chives, aged horseradish cheddar);
  -South of the Border (chorizo, jalapenos, queso fresco, corn tortilla crust);
  -Macaroni Blues (Maytag blue cheese, smoked bacon, wild mushrooms).
