Catersource 2010 is an extrodinary event that includes three days of learning, networking and experiencing the exciting real-world application of the latest trends, techniques and ideas in catering."What happens in Vegas won't be staying in Vegas too much longer," according to Jeanne Cretella President of Landmark Hospitality.
