I recently did a dinner on the Valiant on the New York Hudson River. The event was a dinner for Marketing Leverage that was in town for a trade show. I had SO many setbacks just getting to the boat and I knew that when I arrived, it was going to be game time. The staff of the Valiant could not have been more professional and together! I was truly impressed. Danielle Villa orchestrated her staff like a fine tuned band! Their chef was very good and fast- he helped push out food for 70 people like it was nothing. The servers and boat crew were friendly and jovial- just like a staff of a fun experience cruise should be. I enjoyed myself quite possibly bette than the guests! It is great to work in an environment such as the one on the Valiant.
